Background:

Ludovica graduated in Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation at the University of Kent. Her deep-rooted love for sports and her personal experience with therapists during her basketball days ignited her interest in this field.

Her studies have driven her focus on alleviating clients' pain, providing post-injury treatments, and facilitating the restoration of balanced functional movements through a diverse range of techniques.

Her desire to help clients reach their goals gives her the motivation for constant development, as she constantly explores and incorporates new techniques and methods into her practice.

Interests and Hobbies:

Ludovica enjoys watching various elite sports in particular European basketball and women’s football. She also likes spending time with friends and discovering new places around London for a drink or try some new food from different cultures.
