FIRST VISIT DEPOSIT
If this is your first visit a £45 deposit will be charged 24 hours before your appointment using the card details provided. The remaining balance can be paid at the clinic after the session. Please ensure the card details are correct to enable the deposit payment and guarantee your booking. The £45 deposit is non-refundable. If you have a Gift Voucher, please, kindly let us know on time to avoid any charges.

 

PREGNANCY  If you are pregnant, kindly contact our reception team on 020 3794 9760 to book your treatment. You will need to be treated by a qualified prenatal massage therapist. Our reception team will happily advise you on the right option. 

 24-HOUR CANCELLATION & AMENDMENT POLICY
Appointments cancelled or amended within a 24-hour window from appointment time will be charged £45. No-shows and very late cancellations (within 2 hours of covered reception) before the scheduled appointment time will be charged the full fee. Reception working hours are Mon-Fri 9 am-9 pm, Sat-Sun 9 am-5 pm. We aim to fill all cancelled appointments and credit the fee back onto your account whenever possible, so your notice is appreciated.
