Payment: Payments can be made in cash or debit/credit card.

Cancellations: We respectfully ask for 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or amend your appointment. We reserve the right to charge £45 for any cancellations where sufficient notice is not provided.Appointments cancelled or amended within 2 reception working hours from the scheduled appointment time will be charged a full fee. Reception working hours are Mon-Fri 9am-9pm, Sat-Sun 9am-5pm.

No shows: No shows or no notice cancellations will be charged 100% of the cost of treatment. You will be considered a “no-show” if you fail to arrive after 10 minutes of your booked appointment time.

We reserve the right to shorten your treatment if you arrive late, however, the original treatment cost will still apply.
