Jonathan, where are you from?

Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Originally born in Scotland

Why did you decide to become a massage therapist?

I wanted to help people. I had a career where it wasn’t very fulfilling. I thought helping people would be a very satisfying way to live my life.

What do you like about Fulham Massage & Wellness?

The team, the atmosphere and most importantly the clients

What do you do when you’re not working?

Lots of exercises, classes, cycling, listening to music.

Are you a bathroom singer?

Yeah, definitely. I even thought of having singing lessons to make the singing better.

If you could be an animal, what would you be and why?

There would be something that flies but also something that spends time on land. I would like to fly so maybe a flying squirrel!

What was the last thing you watched?

Come dine with me – I’m often off during the day, so that was on TV.

How would you convince someone to do something they don’t want to do?

Gosh (long thinking). I used to do that in my old job – working in sales.  Thankfully I don’t have to do it anymore.

What physical activities do you like the most?

Doing chin ups. It feels like the most complete body exercise

Have you got any dreams?

Yeah, I would like to eventually run my own clinic.

What’s your most annoying habit?

I think that could be a question for my girlfriend, Sarah. Biting my nails?

Have you got a favourite food?

Yeah, banoffee pie!

Did you ever suffer from sleepwalking or sleep-talking?

Never sleepwalking, no I don’t think either of them.

What’s your favourite clothing brand?

Uniqlo

What’s your favourite film or book?

Book – High Fidelity by Nick Hornby.

Film – The Big Lebowski.

How would your girlfriend describe you?

Annoying? Well, I hope she would think I’m kind and inquisitive.
