Sarah - from a very young age - has always shown a strong interest in natural healthcare. Massage was always in her mind. As she was studying and learning more about the human body and massage it made her realise how much she enjoyed helping people. Using techniques she was taught at The Australian College of Sports Therapy, she is able to assess and treat people accordingly to their specific needs.
Her interests are working with stress related muscle tension and headaches. However, she covers a wide range of conditions related to muscles including; sciatic pain, tennis elbow, strains, sprains and many more.
The most exciting part of her job is seeing people relieved of pain and returning to their daily activities and really knowing she helped them.
