We believe it is important for us to match you with the right therapist. Our reception staff tries to book your appointment with a therapist who has the appropriate skills or personality to help you the most. The receptionist will take into consideration a therapist’s experience in treating certain conditions, ability to answer your potential questions, pressure requirements and even their personality to match you. Although all our therapists have had extensive in-house training, we understand that they all are unique.
Whilst we fully respect the uniqueness of each therapist and understand that they all have a slightly different massage style, we also want to ensure that you get the best opportunity to get what you want and want you to be fully satisfied with the service you receive. Great communication and trust are key components to a healthy patient-practitioner relationship for healing to occur, so we believe that finding a right match is important.
If, for any reason, you believe that the therapist you just met isn’t the right match for you, we highly recommend that you can see another person. You can either choose another therapist yourself (see their profiles here) or we would be delighted to assist you.

You might want to know that our therapists are actually very open and will not get offended. If fact, they want to ensure that you find the right person who can lead you as far in your Wellness journey as physically possible. That’s what we call “ethical care”.
