Fulham Massage & Wellness Cancellation and Non-Attendance Policy

At Fulham Massage & Wellness we kindly request you to respect our 24h cancellation and amendment policy. If you are unable to attend the scheduled appointment time for any reason, please contact our reception team on 02037949760 and inform us as soon as possible to avoid any cancellation fees.

Appointments amended or cancelled within a 24h cancellation window will incur a £40 charge. Appointments amended or cancelled within 2 reception working hours (9am-9pm on weekdays, 9am-5pm on weekends) from scheduled appointment time will incur a full fee. We currently operate with a long waiting list for clients who need the appointment and cannot be fit into our schedule. We will go far and beyond to try to fill up “your slot” with such clients. If we manage to do so, we will inform you and credit your massage account with the cancellation fee that you paid and you will be able to use it towards future visits. We  can occasionally waive the fee in case of emergency circumstances or Covid related issues, however, we still kindly request for you to offer as much notice as possible so we can offer this appointment to other clients. 

All missed appointments will be charged a full appointment price. As much as we hate charging our clients a “no show” or “late cancellation” fees, We strongly believe that having a clear boundary helps us to run our services more efficiently and prevent long term staff and client disappointment. We also have a long waiting list of clients and poorly timed cancellations and missed appointments prevent us from offering these appointments to those who are needing our care. We highly appreciate your understanding and thank you for respecting the policy.

Importance of attending your scheduled treatment:

Your therapist will outline a recommended action plan as the best plan for your injury or musculoskeletal problem. You will achieve the maximum and best outcome when you keep your recommended action plan to schedule. With our long and flexible treatment hours (7.45am-10am on weekdays and 9am-6.15pm on Saturday and Sunday), we hope you can find the most suitable appointment time that will minimise the risk of you needing to cancel or reschedule your appointments.
